In September 2017, our Administrative personnel Department encouraged staffs who had been working in Zhong Tong Pharma for two or three years to have face-to-face meeting with employees who had just graduated from college to assist move them from "rookie" to "adept," based on the Periodic University Student Development Program requirement.
